Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Axis fitness-coaching app ("Axis", "we", "us") collects, why, and how you can delete your data. Axis is operated by Authscent LLC. If anything here is unclear, contact us at support@authscent.com.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Health & fitness data (clients only): body weight, workout and training session logs, nutrition and meal logs, and progress/meal photos you choose to upload.
• Messages: messages you send to and receive from your coach or client within the app.
• Billing history (coaches only): subscription and payment records for your coaching-platform account.
• Other content you enter: coach business profile details, client notes, and an internal account identifier used to link your data across devices.

We collect this to deliver the coaching service itself — building and tracking your workout and nutrition plans, letting your coach see your progress, and letting you message your coach.

Consumer health data

Some of what Axis collects — body weight, workout logs, nutrition and meal logs, and progress photos — is "consumer health data" under certain state laws (for example the Washington My Health My Data Act). We collect it only with your consent, given when you create your account, and only to provide the coaching service described above. We do not sell your health data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed below and your own coach (or, for coaches, your clients). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account in the app (Settings → Delete my account), which permanently deletes this data, or by contacting support@authscent.com to exercise any right your state provides, including access and deletion.

Who processes your data

Axis relies on established third-party service providers to operate:

• A cloud database and authentication provider — handles account login, our database, and photo storage.
• A third-party AI provider — generates AI workout plans, meal plans, and drafts coach messages. Data sent for this purpose is not used to train the provider's models.
• A payment processor — handles billing for coach platform subscriptions.

Where it's stored

Your account and health & fitness data are stored on our cloud database provider's hosted infrastructure. The app also keeps a local copy of your data on-device (in your browser's localStorage/IndexedDB) so it works offline and loads instantly — this local copy is cleared when you delete your account or clear your browser's site data.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see below), your account and the health & fitness data tied to it are permanently deleted.

Your rights

You can delete your account, and all data tied to it, at any time directly in the app: open Settings → Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone. You can also contact us at support@authscent.com with any request about your data.

Cookies & local storage

Axis does not use tracking cookies. It uses your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB to store your app state locally, purely so the app works offline and stays fast — not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
